Vijay Sethupathi’s big announcement on next release

Vijay Sethupathi basked in the glory over success of ‘Vikram Vedha’ has more releases ahead now that includes ‘Karuppan’, which is scheduled for next month release. Meanwhile, his long awaited ‘Puriyatha Puthir’ earlier titled as Mellisai has got its way through the tunnel of light.

The official confirmation has arrived that Ranjith Jayakodi directorial will be hitting screens on September 1. The film features Vijay Sethupathi as a music director and Gayathri, his lady love as his student. But then, the story doesn’t stick to the musical romance, instead extends into the psychological thriller pattern. The film will be released by J Satish Kumar of JSK Films Corporation, who has another release ‘Taramani’ hitting screens on August 11.
