Just as Rajinikanth has recently completed shooting for Sun Pictures’ Petta and AR Murugadoss for the same production studio having Sarkar garner huge response, it’s time for them to get collaborated. It is sourced through close sources that AR Murugadoss will be directing Superstar Rajinikanth’s next, which will be bankrolled by Sun Pictures. It looks like the official announcement about the film will be made anytime sooner. On the other hand, Sun Pictures is reportedly producing other big projects like Hari-Suriya movie and another happens to be Sivakarthikeyan-filmmaker Siva.

The promotional phase of Rajinikanth’s Petta will be kick-starting shortly after the release of 2.0 happens. Rajinikanth has now completed dubbing his portions completely for Petta. The film is produced by Karthik Subbaraj with Vijay Sethupathi, Nawazuddin Siddique, Trisha, Simran and many more prominent actors be a part of it.
