Leon James music stands as a Pillar for Ko 2
“One good thing about music, when it hits you, you feel no pain.” – Bob Marley. Young musician Leon James proved it in the upcoming film Ko 2 by his effervescent and lively tracks. He made people take notice of his work in his debut Kanchana 2. And now his Ko 2, produced by Elred Kumar of RS Infotainment and directed by Sarath have been receiving rave reviews which proves that Leon James is the newest addition to the line of young composers who is looking to make it big in K’wood. The music of the film, starring Bobby Simhaa, Nikki Galrani and Bala Saravanan, acclaimed huge positive reviews. The music director of the film, Leon James, is enthralling the music lovers with his music.
The album has six tracks: Starts with Kohila, a medley sung by Leon James and Neeti Mohan it is followed byVidaadha, a stylish hip hop by Leon James and Vishal Dadlani, Kannamma, a breezy song by Chinmayi and Inno George adds freshness-feel to the listeners. The reprise version for Kannamma by Salim Merchant sounds stupendous and remarkable.
The film’s first single track ‘Unnai Maatrinal’ sung by Harish Sivaramakrishnan and Sargam Choir was released as a tribute to former Indian President Dr.APJ Abdul Kalam and it was well packed in Na Muthukumar’s lyrics. Talking about the songs leon james says “ Iam thank ful to the Producer Elred Kumar of R S Infotainment for providing me this opportunity. There are six tracks in this album and my producer insisted on different genre for each song. All of them were appreciated and theselected few who saw the film had appreciated me on the rerecording too. I t was really encouraging best part is the film has to carry an inspirational song and director Sharath came up with the idea of using Kalam sir’s quotes. We explained the idea to Na Muthukumar sir, and he came up with these dazzling lyrics. In the days to come this song will be ranked in the top bracket of Inspirational songs” concluded Leon James with an inspirational note..
