Kamal Hassan’s donation for Tamil chair at Harvard University

In the recent times, we have been seeing lots of film personalities from Tamil movie industry showing there earnest support towards the Tamil chair at Harvard University. Before couple of weeks, actor Vishal donated a fund of rupees 10Lacs towards this purpose. With many actors from the Tamil movie industry consistently showing up there support, Kamal Hassan donating a sum of rupees 20Lacs towards the cause. This event had the presence of some of the most proficient personalities from Tamil literature that includes professor G Gnanasambandham on the occasion said, “Before couple of days Kamal Haasan requested Tamilians all over the world to show the report towards Tamil chair at Harvard University. But he has come forward to prove that is not a man of just words, but of action as well.”

It is worth mentioning that Nadigar Sangam and Producer Council of Tamil movie industry are accordingly planning up or something special to make the contribution towards Harvard University Tamil chair.
