Is Vijay becoming more conscious and concerned these days?

Actor Vijay usually follows a routine ritual of not interfering into the decision of filmmakers choosing the others in the cast and crew. But after ‘Mersal’, the actor seems to be getting little conscious and concerned about his change of style and selection of technicians too. AR Murugadoss was so stubborn on bringing Harris Jayaraj onboard, but Vijay didn’t give up his advocacy and finally the project landed upon Academy award winner. In the same manner, AR Murugadoss usually doesn’t credit more to his writers and takes the screenplay for himself. But we see that Jaya Mohan has been signed to write the script.
