Harish Kalyan’s unimaginable twists at Ladakh
With the tremendous fame gained through Bigg Boss Season 1, Harish Kalyan has evidently become the most fascinating heartthrob of girls in town. The actor is now almost done with his upcoming film ‘Ispade Rajavum Idhaya Raniyum’, which features Shilpa Manjunath opposite him in female lead role. The film is directed by Ranjit Jeyakodi, who earlier shot to fame through is directorial debut tiled ‘Puriyaatha Puthir’. The actor while shooting for few scenes at the mountainous peaks of Ladakh had to come across some unheralded twists and adventures.
Harish Kalyan recollects the events saying, “We were shooting for a particular scene nearby the hotel we stayed. Unexpectedly, one of the assistant directors happened to choke and lost his consciousness. It happens that the oxygen levels in the air are lesser at this higher altitude. We rushed to the nearby hospital and we were convinced only after he gained back his consciousness. Similarly, there was another scene that was to be filmed at the top of a mountain, where he had to trek nearly for 2 hours. At first, I didn’t want to do it as the local dwellers warned me that it’s going to be a dangerous attempt. However, with the support and encouragement of Ranjit, I could make it there and we forgot all the pain after witnessing the beautiful landscapes there.”
