“Anbu Chezhian is kind enough to lend money without even seeing face” – Devayani

A special event was organised yesterday (Friday, 24th November) for some of the film industry personalities to share their information to explain the rather grim situation prevailing in the Tamil movie industry especially after the suicide of Ashok Kumar.

Several film industry personalities shared their personal experiences. Amma Creations Siva explained that there is no phenomenon called Kandhu Vaddi in Tamil film industry. Financiers like Anbu Chezhian are badly needed for the Tamil film industry.

Actor Devayani explained that only Anbu Chezhian is kind enough to lend money even without seeing the person concerned. She took a loan for her production ‘Kaadhaludan’. However, she saw him for the 1st time only when the 1st print of the film was ready and screened in Good Luck theatre. The rumours doing rounds in the media that I was greatly harassed by Anbu Chezhian is all false. So, she had come forward to share the reality.
