After Vijay Sethupathi, it’s 70-yr old hero. National award winning filmmaker Manikandan of Kaaka Muttai fame has been getting his best on the spell now. He has managed to complete couple of projects – ‘Kuttrame Thandanai’ starring Viddarth and Aishwarya Rajesh in lead roles and Vijay Sethupathi-Ritika Singh starrer ‘Aandavan Kattalai’ at the same time, which is on back to back release mode.

As the director is keeping his fingers crossed about the results of these movies, he has now decided to make his next film titled ‘Kadaisi Vivasaayi’, which is about a 70-yr old farmer whose story traverses through the deplorable scenario of farmers and irrigation. Director Manikandan in his recent interview has said that he is right now looking out for the actor appropriate for this characterization of 70-yr old farmer.
