A film dedicated to engineering students and graduates! Dhanush performance is outstanding, expression and body language is just awesome. AÂ treat to watch him, Hats off! Next comes Saranya and Samuthirakani pair, i believe nobody can replace saranya from mom character atleast for few years-she is so perfect.
Interval block 1 scene itself is enough to prove kani’s acting. Amala Paul just for the sake of heroine, poor makeup and acting is also not impressive.Villain looks handsome, but he is dummy. Vivek makes his entry in second half, he scores. Surabhi did a cameo. Anirudh’s music and songs are catchy, especially the climax fight BGM is super.
No sets, all local location. Good camera work by Velraj. Writer-Director-Cinematographer is Velraj, his dialogues are excellent. No story but neat screenplay. First half screenplay strikes gold, scenes between Dhanush-Saranya-Kani are clapworthy.
First half flies like a jet. Because of the hype created by 1st half second half falls average. Second half could have been better. Climax fight is unnecessary. Dialogues & lead actors performance are major plus. Overall its worth watch!
