So much encompassing with lots of human spirits and of course, a poignant love from a girl’s heart has been exquisitely rendered by Santosh Narayanan, Vivek and the singers. Here is the exclusive music review of Irudhi Suttru featuring Madhavan and Ritika Singh in lead roles. The film is directed by Sudha Kongara and is produced by S. Sashikanth and C.V. Kumar.
Vaa Machaaney
Singer: Sean Roldan
Lyrics: Muthamil
Simple Kuthu number with a simple rendition and this time we find it something different from music director Sean Roldan who has crooned the song. It’s an introduction number for the film’s female protagonist. The guitar works we hear throughout the song is a great nourishment to the track.
Ei Sandakkaara
Singer: Dhee
Lyrics: Vivek
Superb number! It’s been a long time, we got to hear such a sassy romantic number from a female perspective. Vivek has emblazoned the song all throughout with catchy words. Dhee instantly grabs our attention with her sassy vocalism. Santosh Narayanan evokes more interest during the interludes.
Maya Visai
Singer: Vijay Narain, Sri Shyamalangan, Santosh Narayanan
Lyrics: Vivek
A compelling number that gets more mileage with the gimmicks we hear through the vocalisms of Vijay, Sri and Santosh Narayanan, especially by the end of song. Somewhere, the song slightly reminiscences ‘Pam Pam Pam’ from Pizza 2 – The Villa, but the motivational lyrics by Vivek are more enthralling.
Usuru Narambula Nee
Singer: Dhee
Lyrics: Vivek
Dhee is simply beyond her brilliance and her sweet prolonging voice is soulful that it pierces through the feeling quotients with more clarity for lyrics as well. The song is sure to get an emotional bonding over the screens with the situational montages.
Poda Poda
Singer: Pradeep Kumar
Lyrics: Vivek
A cool song for a vigorously intense sequence that speaks about high spirits, a relentless work towards the dreams. Over all the songs, it’s the lyrical lines by Vivek that adds up more prominence to the tracks and this one isn’t an exception. Surely, this song will create the best smile on almost all the audiences in the theatres.
Santosh Narayanan is back with a bang with a complete package of emotions and joy conveyed through the songs. Well for Madhavan, it’s been a long time we got to see a fabulous album and this one is more engrossing.
