Director Thamizh, a dynamic presence in the Tamil film industry, hails from the Erode District of Tamil Nadu. His journey into the world of cinema began with a profound love for the art form, which he nurtured from a young age. After completing his undergraduate studies, he made the bold move to Chennai, the heart of Tamil cinema, to chase his dreams.

His directorial prowess was first showcased in short films such as “June 12,” “One Message Received,” and “Selfie,” which not only demonstrated his skill but also his ability to captivate audiences with compelling narratives.

Thamizh’s contributions extend beyond directing; he is also a published writer, with short stories featured in prominent Tamil magazines like Ananda Vikatan and Bhagya. His inspirations are as diverse as his talents, drawing from the works of directors like Shridhar, Mahendran, Francis Ford Coppola, Alejandro González Iñárritu, and various Iranian films.

His debut feature film, “Seththumaan (Pig),” further solidified his reputation as a filmmaker of substance and depth.
