His initial foray into the industry was marked by the project ‘Vettai Mannan’, which unfortunately remained uncompleted. However, he rose to prominence with his directorial debut ‘Kolamaavu Kokila’ in 2018, a dark comedy that garnered both critical acclaim and commercial success. Following this, Nelson directed ‘Doctor’ in 2021 and ‘Beast’ in 2022, both of which were well-received and achieved notable box office success.
