Vadivelu has signed another movie with his Tenaliraman director, Yuvaraj Dhayalan. Thenaliraman which was released on April received mixed response from the audience. After a short gap, now vadivelu has picked the same director for his next film as hero. The film, a period comedy, will be set in the 70s. D Imman has been roped in to compose music for the project while Pizza cinematographer Gopi Amarnath handles the camera.

G Ramkumar of Oho Productions will produce the flick while Raja Mohammed is in charge of editing. At direction is taken care by Thotta Tharani. The casting process is currently underway and the makers are looking for a suitable female lead to star opposite Vadivelu in the movie. The film shoot to be commenced from September.
