“We eliminated Shruthi Haasan from Sangamithra, she didn’t walk out ” – Official word

When the entire team of ‘Sangamithra’ walked on the red carpets of Cannes International Film Festival, it was so much of delightful pride for everyone in the South industry, especially Kollywood to see a prestigious film on the make. The film is directed by Sundar C and is produced by Sri Thenandal Studios with Arya, Jayam Ravi and Shruthi Haasan playing the lead roles embellished by AR Rahman’s musical score.

But then, it happened to be a sudden shock when Shruthi Haasan walked out of the project owing to some reasons. Within few moments, the actress had this affirmation revealed, there was yet another official word from the director’s team claiming that it was their decision to eliminate Shruthi Haasan from ‘Sangamithra’ due to some reasons and it wasn’t the actress who walked out of the project.
