Vikram’s Kadaram Kondan planned for Pongal release?
It looks like everything for Pongal 2019 race is turning to be a heavier one. It all started off with Ajith Kumar’s Viswasam following by Superstar Rajinikanth’s Petta. Apparently, there was yet another movie ‘Vanda Rajavathan Varuen’ with STR in lead role. Now it looks like, there will be yet another inclusion for the Pongal Box office race and it is none other than Chiyaan Vikram’s Kadaram Kondan. The film’s shooting is happening on full swing across the backdrops of Kadaram in Malaysia. The place is well known for being once invaded by Chola Kingdom before centuries and Vikram will be seen playing the role of a gangster with grey shades. Earlier, there were buzzes that the film could be a remake of super hit Hollywood movie Don’t Breathe, which has been now refuted as baseless rumours.
Rajesh M Selva, who earlier shot to fame with Kamal Haasan’s Thoonga Vanam, is directing the film, which also features Akshara Haasan in another lead character. Ghibran is composing music for this film and shooting will be wrapped up by middle of next month reportedly.
