Vijay Antony and Prabhu Deva to race up together

Sources mention that on the occasion of the Tamil New Year day, Vijay Antony’s Kaali and Prabhu Deva starrer Lakshmi are set to be released.

The release date of Kaali starring Vijay Antony, which is directed by Kiruthiga Udhayanidhi hitting screens on 13th April was announced today (23rd February). On the other end, the film Mercury, directed by Karthik Subbaraj is also slated to be released on this date.

Vijay Anthony is performing a father-son double role in Kaali.

Mercury is a silent film with no dialogues, which happens to be a thriller.

It is gathered that both these films are unique in their own way. Henceforth, the producers are making their best rewards by releasing their films on the festive weekend.

Kaali is produced by Fatima Vijay Antony under the banner Vijay Antony Film Corporation. The film will be presented by Picture Box Company.

Mercury is Karthik Subbaraj’s home production. It will be released in association with Pen Studios.
