Velaikkaran to wrap up in fortnight time

Sivakarthikeyan and his team of Velaikkaran has been rigorously shooting continuously and there hasn’t been any delays or postponements over its production planning. The film started rolling here in Chennai last year, where the major portions were shot across the mammoth sets of slums erected in Prasad Studios, Chennai. Having completed the schedule, the entire team flew down to Malaysia for its new schedule, which was continuously held for 30 days. Now with this schedule completed, the team has returned back to Chennai.

After few days of hiatus, they will start working on the new schedule in Chennai, which will be happening for 10 days following which the post-production works will be proceed up at brisk pace. As known earlier, the film will be hitting screens for the festive occasion of Vijayadasami and first look is to be unveiled on June 5 for the birthday of Sivakarthikeyan.
