Vantha Rajavathaan Varuven shooting to wrap up

STR made a stunning comeback with his recent release ‘Chekka Chivantha Vaanam’, which is directed by Mani Ratnam. The film won incredible laurels for the actor, who has now been vigorously shooting for his back to back movies. Right now, the actor is shooting for his upcoming film with Sundar C, which is a remake of super hit Telugu movie ‘Attarintiki Daredi’. On the festive occasion of Diwali, Lyca Productions unveiled the title of this film as ‘Vantha Rajavathaan Varuven’, which is inspired from one of his famous dialogues from Chekka Chivantha Vaanam.

Currently, the shooting of this film is getting close on the heels of completion. According to the inside reports, STR has been shooting for Day/Night schedule and if everything goes well as planned, the shooting will be wrapped up in less than a week or couple of weeks. Megha Akash is playing the female lead role in this film, which has Catherine Tresa appearing alongside Mahat in important role. Lyca Productions is planning to release the film on the festive occasion of Pongal along with Rajinikanth’s Petta and Ajith Kumar’s Viswasam.
