Udhay prefers Vivek over Santhanam

Udhayanidhi Stalin made his debut as an actor with Oru Kal Oru Kannadi that turned to be a great comedy caper.  His hilarious episodes with Santhanam turned to be one of the most highlighting traits in this movie. Feeling the lucky charm, Udhayanidhi continued to add Santhanam in his next couple of movies including Idhu Kathiravelan Kadhal and Nanbenda. With some reviews stating that the duo looks stereotypical with same style of humour, Udhay opted Karunakaran to play his sidekick in Gethu, a crime thriller directed by Maan Karate fame Thirukumaran.

While the shoot is already over, Udhayanidhi will soon commence the shoot of his next film, a remake of Bollywood film Jolly LLB. While it was expected that Santhanam might be signed up for this film, Udhayanidhi has now surprised by roping in Vivek.  The film also features Hansika Motwani, Prakash Raj, Radha Ravi and Akshara Gowda in important characters.
