Amazon Prime Original’s collaboration with Suriya’s 2D Entertainment has been pretty commendable. While their 3-movie deal movie signed recently might have not started on a good note (Raamen Aandalum Raavana Aandalum), there’s a lot of hope with the forthcoming releases. One among them is Udanpirappe, directed by Era Saravanan. The movie features Jyotika and Sasikumar in the lead roles.

This is the first-ever time in the recent season, we are getting a beautiful brother-sister characters played by the familiar actors in K-Town. There’s yet another intriguing fact about the movie. Usually, Samuthirakani and Sasikumar would be collaborating for a movie with same ideologies as a director and actor. This is the first time, we see them in contradictory characters like both of them having different perspectives, but their vision is same. This is indeed is going to be a main highlight of this movie. The trailer assures that a heart-warming family entertainer is on the way. Jyotika usually nails it down when she gets an emotional role and this one is going to add a good impact to her career.
