U-Turn for Samantha, ‘Hitcher’ for Trisha?

It looks like as the actresses are getting on the verge of career want to retain their realms by choosing female protagonist oriented projects. It all looks like Nayantara has been successfully striding on this aspect following which Samantha and Trisha too are onboard. We all know that Samantha has acquired the Tamil and Telugu remake rights of Kannada movie ‘U-Turn’, which might go on floors by end of this year. Apparently, it is learnt that Trisha has been signed up for the Tamil remake Anushka Sharma’s Hindi film NH 10. It is worth mentioning that NH10 itself is inspired from Hollywood film ‘Hitcher’, which is a road thriller. When approached Trisha, she utters that it’s true that she has been approached for the remake, but is yet to sign on the dotted lines.
