National award winner Ram’s third outing Taramani shooting reaches the final stage.After two critically acclaimed films Katrathu Tamil and Thangameengal, Ram started his third venture last year. Film features Andrea and newcomer Vasanth Ravi in the lead role.Its a love story set in the backdrop of the IT profession services industry in Taramani, Chennai.Music by Ram’s favorite Yuvan shankar Raja, who worked with Ram in his earlier two films.Cinematography by Theni Easwar and Produced by J.Sathiskumar and Ram’s Catamaran production company.

The filming for the project began in late November 2013 and a video book was released shortly after featuring the lead actors, winning critical acclaim. On February 9, 2014, a single song written, composed and sung by Andrea titled ‘The Soul of Taramani’ that will not be part of the film or soundtrack album was released by actor Kamal Hasan and director Bharatiraja. Finally film reached its last schedule and gearing up for the post production work. All the best to the Taramani team!
