From Jailer release, LEO promos, and Vidaa Muyarchi update: August Rush in Tamil cinema starts

While the first half of 2023 didn’t have much to celebrate for the fans of Tamil Cinema except for the surprise winners in the box office, the second half looks so promising. Especially, the August month is loaded with lots of promising releases, and updates. 

Here are the tentative and confirmed schedules of August 2023. 

Jailer Trailer is expected to arrive either tomorrow or day after tomorrow followed by worldwide theatrical on August 10. Marking the birthday of Action King Arjun, ‘Leo’ makers are planning a special promo revealing his character on August 15. Ajith Kumar’s Vidyaa Muyarchi shooting begins by August 17 tentatively. The first single from Prabhas’ Salaar will be launched by third week of August. The audio and trailer launch of Chandramukhi 2 will be held in grandeur. Dulquer Salmaan’s King of Kotha will have its worldwide theatrical release on August 24.
