Chennai based studio of PixelKraft have secured the movie rights of the science fiction novels of the great writer Sujatha Rangarajan for En Iniya Iyanthira and Meendum Jeeno. The movie will be the first Tamil film to be made using virtual production similar to Sin City and 300, which were based on comic series. PixelKraft will first make En Iniya Iyanthira and then we will start working on Meendum Jeeno. These novels were seen as the window to future when it got published.

It has been planned that En Iniya Iyanthira would involve budget of Rs 40 crore and around 150 technicians will be working on this film. Siddharth the director of Pixelkraft said, it would take at least 18 months to make this film. The film will have real actors and actress but can see virtual scenes, virtual properties.

This movie will be made at PixelKraft’s studio,Chennai and some complex parts will be made at UK-based Centroid Motion Capture, a motion capture technology firm that has worked on films like Pirates of the Caribbean, Iron Man 2 andKochadaiyaan,
