Studio Flicks Exclusive – Kollywood heroes turn onscreen ‘Travelers’ now

This has been something unchanging across the ages, where a certain trend sprouts up unheralded and it becomes the seasonal panache. It has been noted that a certain period in Tamil cinema had our heroes in romantic avatars and they suddenly transformed into ‘Dons’ following which, they fought against International terrorists and criminals. For a while, it was all about ‘Horror’ genre, which didn’t have the major A-League heroes being a part of it. Now it looks like they are on the travelling spree. Sarvam Thaalam Maayam – GV Prakash aspires to be a greatest percussionist and he embarks on a journey that changes his perspective about life and amalgamates him into the beauty of different culture through music.

Gypsy – Jiiva teams up with ‘Cuckoo’ and ‘Joker’ fame Raju Murugan, which is completely based on the journey of a young man.

Vaan – Dulquer Salmaan’s upcoming film directed by Ad filmmaker R Karthik will be shot across different parts of our country. The film revolves around a journey from Chennai to Kolkata.

Dev – Karthi-Rakul Preet Singh starrer Dev directed by Rajath Ravishankar is also based on a complete travel, which we have already witnessed through the visual promos.
