Soundarya Rajinikanth’s clear ‘NO’ for Dhanush

Days back in time, there were incessant calls on airs claiming that Soundarya Rajinikanth is busy scripting her next project, a contemporary Rom-Com kind of film. There were reports that Dhanush has been actively involved in the project discussion. This had paved way for more guesses that he would be seen playing the lead role and heroine would be confirmed shortly in time. But Soundarya clears off such stories as baseless rumours. In her recent interaction with media channels, she has said that it’s true that her script works are going on. It would be a breezy Rom-Com, but will not feature Dhanush in lead role. The casting process is yet to begin and official announcements would be made soon after the finalization. Whether it’s going to be AR Rahman or Anirudh for composing music is something we need to wait and watch.
