Seethakaathi to hit screens on November 16

There are three more months left for 2018 to wrap up and we have already got four big releases from Vijay Sethupathi. This includes Oru Nalla Naal Paathu Solren, Junga, Chekka Chivantha Vaanam and 96. Now it’s time for the fans to get invigorated as his much awaited ‘Seethakaathi’, which belongs to a different genre in the pages of Vijay Sethupathi career till the date. The film happens to be the story revolving around a 80-yr old drama artist. Balaji Tharaneetharan of Naduvula Konjam Pakkatha Kaanom has wielded megaphone for this film. Others in the cast includes veteran filmmakers Mahendran, Bharathiraja, Archana, Gayathrie, Remya Nambeesan and Parvathy. Govind Vasantha of ‘96’ fame is composing music for the film, which will have the first single track unveiled by day after tomorrow (October 15). According to the latest reports, the film’s worldwide theatrical release is scheduled for November 16. We can await the official announcement regarding this by any time sooner.
