Sasikumar joins Rajinikanth’s Petta

It looks like the team of ‘Petta’ is getting bigger and huge from day to day. First it was Trisha, Vijay Sethupathi, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Simran, Bobby Simha, Megha Akash followed by myriad star-cast. Now it’s official confirmed by the production house Sun Pictures, that Sasikumar is joining Rajinikanth’s Petta.

It is not yet know what’s the role he is actually playing. Karthik Subbaraj is directing this film, which is reported to be a commercial drama produced by Sun Pictures. The film has musical score by Anirudh and will be getting towards completion before the festive occasion of Diwali. The film’s theatrical release is scheduled to happen for the festive occasion of Pongal 2019.
