Samuthirakani Thondan scores 300 and still counting
After Appa, Samuthirakani is producing and directing a film titled Thondan. Sunaina, Arthana, Vikranth, Namo Narayanan, Thambi Ramaiah and Ganja Karuppu are sharing the screen with Samuthirakani. Justin Prabhakar has composed the music.
At this juncture, the film is being released worldwide on 26th May. Advance bookings for the film have already begun. It has been announced that the film is being released in more than 300 theatres in Tamil Nadu.
R Manikandan is producing the film under the banner Vasundradevi Cine Films in association with Samuthirakani under the banner Naadodigal Productions. So far R Manikandan has distributed numerous Tamil hit films. Through this film, he has forayed into production.
The crew had mentioned that there will be a social message in this film like in Appa.
