Saamy 2 brings 2 National award winning super actors

This year, Chiyaan Vikram had sent forth a heavy gold rush through everyone’s veins by announcing three back to back projects, which usually doesn’t happen with him. The actor has been constantly shooting for Gautham Vasudev Menon’s Dhruva Natchathiram and Vijay Chander directorial ‘Sketch’. With the shooting of the latter one getting close on the heels of completion, the actor will start shooting for Saamy 2 shortly in time. With director Hari and his team working on brisk pace with the film’s pre-production works, it is now confirmed that Bobby Simha has been approached to play the negative role.

When approached Bobby Simha, the actor has confirmed this news saying that he has been approached for a role, but he is yet to be confirmed it.

Saamy 2, which happens to be the straight sequel from 2003 hit movie ‘Saamy’ will feature Trisha and Keerthy Suresh in female lead with Devi Sri Prasad composing music.

It is noteworthy that both Vikram and Bobby Simha are National award winning actors.
