We all know that the producers’ council has stopped all the shooting and post-production work in Tamil cinema because of the sudden increase of the remuneration of FEFSI employees. Shooting for top heroes films including Vijay 59, Thala 56, Suriya’s ‘24’, Kamal Haasan’s Thoongaa Vanam were stopped.

Reports also say that Rajinikanth’s new film with director Ranjith which was supposed to happen at Malaysia might also be delayed because of the ongoing strike. Hopefully, soon the FEFSI and TFPC strike come to an end so that the shooting of all these big budget films will be revived.
