Pandiraj to celebrate Pongal with Vishal and STR?

It looks like Pongal 2016 is going to be an unbelievable moment for Pandiraj as both his directorial ventures are likely to hit screens on the same occasion. While the National award winning filmmaker had wrapped up Idhu Namma Aalu starring STR, Nayantara and Andrea Jeremiah in lead roles before a long time, there were some pending works ahead. In the mean time, Pandiraj teamed up with Vishal for Kathakali, which is progressing at a rapid pace.

With Vishal affirming that the film would hit screens for Pongal 2016, the news has been confirmed from the close sources to STR that Idhu Namma Aalu will surely have its way onto the screens for same festival. The musical score by debutant Kuralarasan, younger brother of Silambarasan has become an additional attraction and the audio launch is getting ready for release by first week of December. One more song is pending to be shot and with this schedule, the complete project will be wrapped up.
