Nachiyaar release date is officially confirmed now

It’s been nearly a year that we had any releases from director Bala after Tharai Thappattai. The director has now completely wrapped up with the post production works of his upcoming movie Naachiyaar. The film that is reportedly based on real life incidents features Jyothika as a police officer and GV Prakash as a criminal. Maestro Ilayaraja has composed music for this well that is produced by Bala under the banner of B studios in collaboration with EON Productions. The shooting of this movie was completed in a short span of time and it had a long phase of rerecording by Maestro Ilayaraja. The combination Ilayaraja has always offered tremendous chartbusters with evergreen melodies. This has intensified the expectations over the album of Naachiyaar.  Now the official announcement has been made that the film will be hitting screens on February 9. A well known fact is that already the date has couple of big releases that includes Sai Pallavi starrer Karu along with Jiiva starrer Kee.
