“My dream has come true with Oru Kadhai Sollatuma” – Resul Pookutty

Bringing honours to Indian film industry with a mighty win at Oscars followed by much international recognition, Resul Pookutty makes his onscreen debut now. The film titled ‘Oru Kadha Sollatuma’ will be revolving around a sound designer, who goes on to record the sound of Pooram festival in Kerala, which is played by Resul.

Sharing his wonderful experience working in this film, Resul Pookutty says , “When I say hero, it isn’t something to do with a typical hero character, but a sound designer who plays a central character. Capturing the sound of Pooram festival was something a grand dream that existed in me for a very long time. It was a big challenge to record the sounds live and this particular festival has around 300 musicians. Even the sounds of elephants with perfection had to record that even a visually challenged person would understand the movie with sound.”
