“Mother Teresa and Abdul Kalam are the two people I worship” – Vishal

Actor Vishal has told that the main delight is in solving the public hardships. In a function celebrated at the Chennai Kalaivanar Arangam, actor Vishal announced that his fans’ club is being renamed as ‘Makkal Nala Iyakkam’. He also unveiled a flag with the slogan ‘ANI SERVOM – ANBAI VIDHAIPPOM’ (Let us unite and sow the seeds of love and affection).

He addressed the gathering and informed – ‘I only own a car. I do not own a house. Good politics means solving the public hardships and issues. The two people I worship are Mother Teresa and Abdul Kalam. Abdul Kalam reminds me of the brain. Mother Theresa reminds me of love and affection.’

‘Failing to ask what the problem is even after observing some problem in our street is tantamount to being dead. There are bonded slaves still in our country. It is always a delight to face challenges and overcome and win. I want to share my joys and sorrows. Nowadays, politics has become a money-making avenue. It is not ok to merely to be an actor, marry, and run a family. Those who work for the well being of public are all in politics. I mean the politics is nothing but solving public issues. All I own presently is only all of you- my fans. Only because of this, the slogan reflecting this is displayed on the flag.’
