Meagaamann meaning Captain of the Ship is an action drama film directed by Magizh Thirumeni of Thadayara Thaaka fame and produced by Hitesh Jabak. The film stars Arya and Hansika in the leading roles, while Thaman composes the film’s music. Cinematography is handled by S.R.Sathish Kumar and Editing by duo Praveen.K.L & N.B.Srikanth.

The film’s first look poster was released on January 1, 2014. Film’s teaser was released last month and received great applause. The shooting of the movie was commenced in Goa, Chennai and Gujarat. Recent update about the film is, the shooting has been wrapped up and the post production works has been started.
