Lyca Productions buys TN rights of RRR for this record price?

Lyca Productions is involved in the production of big budgeted movies that includes Kamal Haasan’s Indian 2, Sivakarthikeyan’s Don, Mani Ratnam’s Ponniyin Selvan and lots more. Apparently, the production house has now reportedly acquired the Tamil Nadu rights of SS Rajamouli’s RRR, which is scheduled for worldwide release on October 13, 2021.

The film features Ram Charan Teja and Jr. NTR in lead roles. It is said that the theatrical rights of the film has been acquired for a whopping price of Rs. 42 Crore and the advance amount of Rs. 20 Cr has been already paid.
