Before a month back in time, there was news about Lingusamy confirming that he would be teaming up with Allu Arjun for a bilingual film. This film was supposed to make his direct debut in Tamil industry and there were lots of expectations mounting upon that. But due to some qualms with Vishal over ‘Sandakozhi 2’, the project was to rescheduled, where it was later affirmed that Lingusamy would first complete Allu Arjun film and during this interim, Vishal will complete couple of his projects – Kaththi Sandai and Mysskin’s Thupparivalan.

With all the plans going smoothly, there seems to be a sudden twist in the drama as last night, there was official news from Allu Arjun sources that Bunny would be working with filmmaker Harish Shankar in his untitled next, produced by Dil Raju. There has been no clarifications made from the side of Lingusamy on this project.
