Kollywood strike cancelled, Vikram Prabhu’s glad time

Soon after being elected as the president of Tamil Film Producers Council, Vishal along with his newly appointed executive members had affirmed that Kollywood would be conducting protest against certain demands and there would be no new releases and shootings to be called off after May 30. After certain considerations and feeling for the goodwill of producers, they have called off the strike.

In accordance to this, many releases are happening without any fail and the announcements have kick-started as well. It has been confirmed that Vikram Prabhu-Manjima Mohan starrer ‘Sathriyan’, directed by SR Prabhakaran will be hitting screens on June 9. It is worth mentioning that Selvaraghavan’s Nenjam Marappathillai starring SJ Surya, Nandita and Regina Cassandra in lead roles will be releasing on June 2.
