Karthi 17 to be shot in European and Himalayan regions

It looks like Karthi is all set to become Kollywood’s busiest Globetrotter. Take a glimpse into his list of his erstwhile movies. They would blatantly give an impression that he seems to have travelled across different parts of the world continuously for shooting. Now his upcoming film ‘Karthi 17’ would be joining this league as well. Rajat Ravishankar is making his directorial debut with this film, which is produced by Prince Pictures S Lakshman of Singam 2 and Trisha starrer Mohini fame.

Rakul Preet Singh is coming together for the second time after ‘Theeran Adhigaaram Ondru’. Shooting of this film is commencing on March 8 in Chennai followed by 15-day schedule in European countries. Other schedules are planned up in Himalayas, Hyderabad and Mumbai. Harris Jayaraj is composing music for this film, which has cinematography by Velraj.

Karthi 17 will be a high octane action adventure and is planned for Aayutha Pooja festival release.
