Kajal Aggarwal’s newfangled avatar in Paris Paris
National award winning actress Kangana Ranaut’s Queen is regarded as one of the best films till the date. The film was released in 2013 and even 5 years after its release, it has been able to retain the realms in our hearts. The South Indian remake happening simultaneously in four different languages has furthermore become the sensational topic. Moreover, this has been a film that every heroine in the industries has been craving for. Nevertheless, Kajal Aggarwal has become the lucky one to have gained this big opportunity as he reprises the role in Tamil remake titled ‘Paris Paris’. The film’s Kannada version is titled as ‘Butterfly’ with Parul Yadav in lead role, Manjima Mohan in Malayalam version titled as ‘Jam Jam’ and Tamannaah in Telugu titled ‘That’s Mahalakshmi’.
Sharing the joy of being a part of this prestigious project, Kajal Aggarwal says, “I was stunned admiring the performance of Kangna Ranaut in Queen. It has been a long time dream for me to act in such a challenging role. However, when the team approached me for the remake, I was quite nervous and negligent to take it up. This was mainly due to the doubt whether I would be able to give the best. Now after seeing how the film is shaped up, I am quite happy about it.”
Getting on to speak about Ramesh Aravind, who is directing both the Tamil and Kannada version, Kajal says, “Since Ramesh Aravind is a good and finest actor, he has grasped the tastes of audiences and has gradually made this film. I am so happy to be a part of this film, which is directed by a multi-talented personality like him.”
