Kajal Aggarwal Queen remake directed by Ramesh Aravind has been launched officially.

After directing Kamal Haasan in Uthama Villain, Ramesh Aravind is back to Kollywood wielding megaphone for the bilingual remake of blockbuster Hindi hit movie ‘Queen’. The film originally starred Kangana Ranaut in lead role and Kajal Aggarwal will be reprising the role in own way. The film revolves around the plot of a yet to be newlywed girl, who plans for a honeymoon in Paris. With the marriage called off last minute, she then decides to take her embarkation alone and what unfolds next is her own life changing experience.

The film was officially launched in Chennai, where Ramesh Aravind admits that only the plot will be adapted, whereas the entire treatment would be different.

Bollywood music composer Amit Trivedi will make his debut in South cinema with this film.
