Director Vasanta Balan, the director who gave classic and critically acclaimed Tamil superhits like Angadi Theru, Veyil and Aravaan is back this time with a bigger budget extravaganza with bigger starcast and top music director re-creating the era of stage dramas in the 1950s. The film is about the lives of two Theatre artistes played by Siddharth and Prithviraj and the competition that exists between them in a small drama troupe. Vedhika and Anaika plays the female leads with supporting cast by Nasser, Thambi Ramaiah and others.
