Kaala completes 1st leg in Fast and Brisk style
Superstar Rajinikanth’s most expected film ‘Kaala’ took off by end of May, where major portions were filmed in the backdrops of huge set works of Mumbai based Dharavi slums erected in Chennai. The team aftermath had left for Mumbai to shoot few more important sequences. To everyone’s surprise, the shooting of this first schedule has been wrapped up in a short span of time. Superstar Rajinikanth is now returning back to Chennai and is planning to meet his fans again just as he did before commencement of shooting.
The film is produced by Dhanush under the banner Wunderbar Films with Pa Ranjith wielding the megaphone. While Anjali Patil and Huma Qureshi are playing the female lead roles, Samuthirakani and Nana Patekar would be seen essaying important characters. It is not yet confirmed whether Mammootty will be essaying the role of Dr. Ambedkar.
