Jilla fame Nelson’s next project on cards

It is almost 4 years since the release of Jilla, starring Vijay and directed by R. T. Nelson. He is still waiting to begin his next film. It is gathered that this will be a remake in Telugu of Ajith’s film Vedalam with Pawan Kalyan in the lead role. The pre production activities are in progress and production is to start soon.

On the other side, Pawan Kalyan’s political career is on in full swing now. Furthermore, the failure of his recent film Agyanthavasi has led to some more uncertainty to his next film.

If everything goes well as planned, Nelson is most likely to direct the Power Star (Pawan Kalyan) next. The director hopes that he will get a chance to do another film with his Jilla hero, Thalapathy Vijay.

It is worthy to remember that Jilla did fairly good business at the box office.
