While Vijay fans were celebrating the grand release of Puli, which opened on October 1, there came a sudden surprise for Ajith Kumar fans, where some buzzes about Vedalam first look teaser launch was to be made at midnight. Even the film’s lyricist Madan Karky made official announcement about it. But shortly, the teaser launch was postponed and there turned out to be a sort of disappointment among Ajith fans. Moreover, with the coincidental characterization of Vedalam in the film Puli, there happened to be a tiff between both the fans. But what makes the story more interesting and quite touching is that, Ajith Kumar had insisted his producers to put a hold on teaser release as his friend Vijay is going through this problem.

Although, there have been clashes between Vijay and Ajith fans, both of them have been sharing a great deal of friendship.
