One of the most awaited film of the year is Ilayathalapathy Vijay starring KATHTHI with Samantha as lady lead, Director A.R.Murugadoss joins with Vijay for the second time after the blockbuster Thuppaki. Bollywood star Neil Nithin Mukesh and Sathish are also part of the cast. Movie is produced by Lyca Entertainments and Ayngaran International. Shooting is progressing in full swing. Young Anirudh Ravichander has composed music for the flick and Vijay has reportedly crooned romantic Kuthu song in the album.

Following the phenomenal reach of the fist look motion poster that was unveiled on Vijay’s birthday, the audio launch has been planned as a grand affair in London on September 20. The entire cast is planning to be there in the event. All the songs will be performed live on the audio launch event and dance master Shobi will choreograph the show. A R Murugadoss himself confirmed this news in his social networking site. ‘Kaththi’ is expected to hit the screens for Deepavali festival.
