“Forests determine a country’s progress” – Kadamban director

Director Raghavan made his debut directorial with the film ‘Manja Pai’, which turned to be a surprise winner in box office. In fact, this was the last among the release of Thirupathi Brothers to gain decent collections. The film starred Raj Kiran, Vimal and Lakshmi Menon in lead roles. After a hiatus of nearly 2 years, he is all set ready for the release of his second outing titled ‘Kadamban’.

The film set against the forest backdrops stars Arya and Catherine Tresa in lead roles, which has musical score by Yuvan Shankar Raja. The film is produced by RB Choudary under Super Good Films Banner in collaboration with Arya’s The Show People. The filmmaker speaking about the film says, “Forests determine a country’s progress and what happens when it gets destructed and how it would affect our natural lives to deplorable conditions is what Kadamban is all about.”
