Savouring the audiences of God’s Own country with a romantic tale of poignance, Thattathin Marayathu starring Nivin Pauly and Isha Talwar became a milestone in Malayalam industry. Black Ticket Films is now remaking the film in Tamil with a newcomer and Isha Talwar in lead roles, directed by Mithran Jawahar (Yaaradi Nee Mohini, Kutty and Uthama Puthiran fame). Isha Talwar’s role in the original version was incredibly praised and her role and gained enormous acclaims for Nivin Pauly. GV Prakash has been signed to compose music for this film and the makers are planning to unveil the title on February 14, Valentine’s Day.

Isha Talwar made her debut in Tamil cinema with the film ‘Thillu Mullu’, a remake of Superstar Rajnikanth’s yesteryear film with same title directed by late veteran filmmaker K. Balachandar. However, her role in this film would be completely different from what we have seen her in this comedy entertainer.
