For the first time, someone from Puli team has actually revealed the genre of the movie. There were speculations that the film belongs to historical genre and some said it’s a mythological movie based on Chola kingdom but Thambi Ramaiah who is playing an important role in the film has actually revealed the truth at Puli audio launch.

“I could tell this to all of you, Puli is actually a super hero movie with a unique backdrop” said Thambi Ramaiah.

The actor also said that he understood that every twenty minutes of Puli will have twists and turns, he added that he learned the unpredictability while dubbing for the film.
